Shabbat Services
Join Temple Beth Israel as we celebrate Sabbath together in person or via Zoom.
We will keep the congregation updated with any new changes to the schedule. Please view the calendar for the most up-to-date schedule.
Our services are a mix of English and Hebrew, song and spoken word. Designed to be accessible to those with all levels of Hebrew knowledge (including none!), our prayer book, Mishkan Tefillah, provides comprehensive transliteration of Hebrew passages.
About Shabbat Services
Most often, we have services at 7:00PM on Friday evenings, and they last just over an hour, concluding with an Oneg (light dessert offerings and socializing) in the social hall.
In general, the first Friday of the month services are at 6:00 PM making them more accessible to families with younger children.
Once a month, we hold Shabbat morning services in place of our evening services.
